Description

A comforting combination of pasta and cheeseburgers in a one-pot dish that’s fun and satisfying for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar works great)
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: pickles, mustard, ketchup

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent.
  4. Stir in the beef broth, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoning.
  5. Bring to a simmer and then add the cooked pasta back to the pot, mixing thoroughly.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top, allowing it to melt before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using smoked paprika or cayenne pepper. Freshly shredded cheese enhances creaminess.
