- Optional: Vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing until soft and fragrant.
- Stir in the pasta followed by the beef broth and milk. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer until the pasta is tender, typically around 10-12 minutes.
- Once pasta is cooked, stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy. Adjust seasonings to taste.
