Description

A delightful dish combining sweet honey and savory BBQ sauce with tender chicken, paired with garlic Parmesan potatoes.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs or breasts
  • Honey
  • BBQ sauce
  • Potatoes
  • Garlic
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine honey and BBQ sauce. Coat the chicken pieces in this marinade and let them sit for at least 15 minutes.
  3. While the chicken is marinating, wash and cut the potatoes into chunks. Toss them in olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Arrange the marinated chicken on a baking sheet alongside the seasoned potatoes.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the potatoes are golden and crispy.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy the delightful fusion of flavors!

Notes

For maximum flavor, let the chicken marinate overnight. You can also add a dash of cayenne pepper to the marinade for some heat.
