Description

A delightful combination of sweet honey and savory butter transforms simple chicken into a mouthwatering dish, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 Green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until aromatic, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the pan. Season them with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked through, around 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Drizzle honey and soy sauce over the chicken, stirring to coat evenly.
  5. Continue cooking for another 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Garnish your dish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For a deeper flavor, let the chicken marinate in honey and soy sauce for at least 30 minutes before cooking. Feel free to adjust the sweetness to your taste.
