Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup pure honey
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, around 1 minute.
- Pour in the honey and soy sauce; mix everything well.
- Toss in the broccoli florets and drizzle with sesame oil, cooking until the broccoli is bright green, roughly 3-4 minutes.
- Fold in the green onions and serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
Feel free to swap ground beef for ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option. For a vegetarian option, substitute with firm tofu.
