Juicy chicken infused with tangy honey mustard, crispy bacon, and fresh veggies on soft slider buns – a hit with the whole family!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • Slider buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, honey mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Shape the mixture into small patties, perfect for sliders.
  4. Cook the patties on the grill or in the oven for 5-7 minutes per side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. Assemble your sliders by placing a chicken patty on a slider bun and topping with bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes.
