Description

A delightful chicken recipe featuring spicy honey and crumbled feta, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup Hot honey
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh herbs (thyme or parsley, for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the hot honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts in the honey mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the cheese to soften.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

For maximum flavor, marinate the chicken for a couple of hours or even overnight. Adjust the quantity of hot honey based on your spice preference.
