Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce (adjust to your spice preference)
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and hot sauce until well combined.
- Once the chicken is fully cooked, drizzle the honey mixture over each piece and let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until glazed.
- Remove the skillet from heat and top each chicken breast with crumbled feta and chopped fresh thyme.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the chicken beforehand. Can substitute feta with goat cheese or blue cheese.
