Description

A perfect blend of sweet and spicy, this Hot Honey Infused Feta Chicken will surprise your family while being easy enough for weeknight meals.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to heat preference)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend honey, crushed garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add a splash of olive oil to a baking dish and layer the chicken breasts inside.
  4. Generously drizzle the honey-garlic mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated.
  5. Crumble feta cheese on top of the chicken for that creamy goodness.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  7. Serve warm, perhaps with an extra drizzle of honey on top.
