Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to heat preference)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, blend honey, crushed garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Add a splash of olive oil to a baking dish and layer the chicken breasts inside.
- Generously drizzle the honey-garlic mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated.
- Crumble feta cheese on top of the chicken for that creamy goodness.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
