Description

A comforting pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and ground beef, perfect for late-night cravings or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti or any pasta of your choice
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Minced garlic
  • Red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Beef (ground or diced, based on preference)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta water and then drain the rest.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, adding minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the ground beef, cooking until browned and fully cooked. Add red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, mixing well with the beef and garlic mixture. If necessary, add reserved pasta water to adjust the sauce’s consistency.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese before serving hot.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding a splash of lemon juice before serving. Adjust seasonings to taste during cooking.
