Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, diced onion, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix everything until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  5. Spread the ketchup evenly on top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
