- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk

- 4 cups cubed bread (day-old works best)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion and bell pepper. Season to taste, then drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add salt, pepper, and any herbs or spices.
- Stir in the browned beef mixture and cubed bread until well combined.
- Pour into a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
