Ingredients

  • 1 pound shredded chicken
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa
  • Green onions, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, ranch dressing, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken, cooked rice, and frozen vegetables until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
