- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved

Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts and halved baby potatoes directly into the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the grated parmesan, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, black pepper, and olive oil until thoroughly combined.
- Pour this savory mixture over the chicken and potatoes, ensuring everything is well-coated.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours, or on high for 3 hours if in a rush.
- Once done cooking, sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, consider browning the chicken in a skillet before placing it in the crockpot. Adding a splash of heavy cream before serving can make the sauce creamier.
