Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to form a seasoning blend.
- Generously rub this mixture over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well coated.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. If using a grill basket, ensure it’s heated as well.
- Place the seasoned salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Once cooked, remove the salmon from the grill and serve immediately with lemon slices.
