Description

Fresh, flaky salmon grilled to perfection, perfect for weeknight dinners or festive gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to form a seasoning blend.
  2. Generously rub this mixture over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well coated.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. If using a grill basket, ensure it’s heated as well.
  4. Place the seasoned salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Once cooked, remove the salmon from the grill and serve immediately with lemon slices.

Notes

Consider serving over quinoa or arugula salad. For a heartier meal, pair with roasted vegetables or garlic mashed potatoes.
