Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crispy breadcrumbs for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and form into a loaf shape.
- Transfer the meatloaf into a greased baking dish.
- Spread marinara sauce generously over the top and sprinkle with crispy breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Allow it to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
