Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 jalapeños, diced
- 2 medium peaches, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ½ cup pistachios, chopped (for crust)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the topping: Mix the diced jalapeños and peaches in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt to taste.
- Cook the chicken: Preheat your grill or oven. Cook the marinated chicken breasts for about 20-25 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F, ensuring they are cooked through.
