Description

Creamy and cheesy jalapeño popper bites that are a perfect appetizer for any gathering, bringing a delightful kick to your palate.


Ingredients

  • 10 jalapeño peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Halve the jalapeño peppers lengthwise and clean out the seeds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crispy cooked bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Generously fill each jalapeño half with your cheesy mixture.
  5. If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.
  6. Arrange the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until tender and the tops are golden brown.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
