Ingredients
- 10 jalapeño peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Halve the jalapeño peppers lengthwise and clean out the seeds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crispy cooked bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Generously fill each jalapeño half with your cheesy mixture.
- If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.
- Arrange the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until tender and the tops are golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
