Ingredients
- 1 pound steak (flank or sirloin)
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, paprika, and onion powder; mix well.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil.
- Add the steak bites in batches and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned to your desired doneness.
- Remove from skillet and let the steak bites rest for a couple of minutes.
- Toss warm steak bites in the prepared garlic butter until fully coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with more parsley if desired.
