Description

Savory steak bites coated in rich garlic butter, perfect for any gathering or cozy dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak (flank or sirloin)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, paprika, and onion powder; mix well.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil.
  4. Add the steak bites in batches and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned to your desired doneness.
  5. Remove from skillet and let the steak bites rest for a couple of minutes.
  6. Toss warm steak bites in the prepared garlic butter until fully coated.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with more parsley if desired.

Notes

Let the garlic butter sit for at least 30 minutes before use for enhanced flavor. Adjust spices to your taste preference.
