Description

Ingredients

  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, diced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumbers. Slice them thinly or dice them based on your preference.
