Description
Juicy grilled chicken topped with creamy avocado and zesty dressing, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 ripe California avocados
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Optional: your favorite dressing (like ranch or vinaigrette)
Instructions
- Combine olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag, pour in the marinade, and let it sit for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting the excess drip off. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
- Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve the chicken on a plate, topped with avocado slices, a sprinkle of fresh cilantro, and a drizzle of your favorite dressing.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding paprika or chili powder to the marinade.
