Description

Juicy grilled chicken topped with creamy avocado and zesty dressing, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 ripe California avocados
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Optional: your favorite dressing (like ranch or vinaigrette)

Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag, pour in the marinade, and let it sit for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting the excess drip off. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
  6. Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve the chicken on a plate, topped with avocado slices, a sprinkle of fresh cilantro, and a drizzle of your favorite dressing.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding paprika or chili powder to the marinade.
