Instructions
- Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until fragrant and translucent.
- Stir in the diced bell pepper and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Add the ground chicken, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked, approximately 7–10 minutes.
- Season with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper, stirring well to combine the flavors.
