Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/3 cup honey
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Chopped green onions (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets on it.
- Generously brush the honey garlic glaze over each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- If desired, garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the salmon marinate in the glaze for 30 minutes before baking. If you prefer a crispy texture, broil the salmon for the last minute or two of cooking.
