Description

A quick and delicious honey garlic salmon dish that can be prepared in under 30 minutes, perfect for busy weeknights or impressing guests.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets on it.
  4. Generously brush the honey garlic glaze over each fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. If desired, garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the salmon marinate in the glaze for 30 minutes before baking. If you prefer a crispy texture, broil the salmon for the last minute or two of cooking.
