Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken thighs on the baking sheet and brush the seasoning mixture generously over each piece.
- Bake the chicken for about 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
