Description

Juicy and tender oven-baked boneless skinless chicken thighs, seasoned to perfection for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken thighs on the baking sheet and brush the seasoning mixture generously over each piece.
  4. Bake the chicken for about 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For maximum flavor, marinate the chicken thighs for a few hours if possible. Ensure not to overcrowd the baking sheet for even cooking.
