Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry using paper towels for a better sear.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and rub evenly.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Coat the chicken with the spice mix, ensuring an even layer.
  6. Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For perfectly tender results, try marinating the chicken for a few hours or overnight. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days.
