Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry using paper towels for a better sear.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and rub evenly.
- In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken with the spice mix, ensuring an even layer.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
