A quick and flavorful oven-baked salmon dish, perfect for weeknight dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Salmon fillets
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it with butter or oil.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, brown sugar, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until mixed well.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish, skin-side down, and brush generously with the garlic mixture.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is opaque.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with a side of roasted asparagus or steamed broccoli. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon just before serving.
