Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, around 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and brown sugar, mixing well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
