Ingredients
- Salmon fillets
- Unsalted butter
- Garlic cloves, minced
- Fresh lemon juice
- Lemon zest

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the lemon juice and lemon zest, and combine well.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet. Season generously with salt and pepper.
