Delicious mini burgers with juicy patties, melty cheese, and zesty sauce, perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- Cheese slices (preferably American or cheddar)
- 12 slider buns (preferably soft)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Sliced pickles (for topping)
- S shredded lettuce
- Ketchup (for sauce)
- Mustard (for sauce)
- Mayonnaise (for sauce)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties, about the size of your slider buns.
- Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Place the cooked patties on the bottom half of the slider buns. Top each with a slice of cheese.
- Cover with the top half of the buns and place in the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Meanwhile, mix ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise in a small bowl to create the sauce.
- Assemble your sliders by adding the sauce, pickles, and lettuce, then serve warm.
Notes
Leftover sliders can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
