Description

Delicious mini burgers with juicy patties, melty cheese, and zesty sauce, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Cheese slices (preferably American or cheddar)
  • 12 slider buns (preferably soft)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • Sliced pickles (for topping)
  • S shredded lettuce
  • Ketchup (for sauce)
  • Mustard (for sauce)
  • Mayonnaise (for sauce)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties, about the size of your slider buns.
  4. Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Place the cooked patties on the bottom half of the slider buns. Top each with a slice of cheese.
  6. Cover with the top half of the buns and place in the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
  7. Meanwhile, mix ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise in a small bowl to create the sauce.
  8. Assemble your sliders by adding the sauce, pickles, and lettuce, then serve warm.

Notes

Leftover sliders can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
