Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Low-carb wraps or lettuce leaves for serving
  • Optional: Fresh herbs like parsley or basil for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the chicken, coating it well.
  3. Bake the marinated chicken for about 20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  4. Remove from the oven, sprinkle cheese on top, and return to the oven until the cheese is melted.
  5. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it.
  6. Place the chicken slices on your chosen wrap or lettuce, fold, and serve.
