- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking dish by greasing it lightly.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Stir in cheese, vegetables, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
