Description

A flavorful and spicy dish featuring ground chicken tossed in a bold firecracker sauce, perfect for weeknight meals or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, diced (any color)
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2-3 tablespoons firecracker sauce (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in the garlic and bell pepper, cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Push the veggies to the side and add the ground chicken; cook until browned.
  5. Pour in the firecracker sauce, mixing everything well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  8. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

Serve over cauliflower rice, in lettuce wraps, or as a taco filling. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
