Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, diced (any color)
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-3 tablespoons firecracker sauce (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in the garlic and bell pepper, cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
- Push the veggies to the side and add the ground chicken; cook until browned.
- Pour in the firecracker sauce, mixing everything well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
Serve over cauliflower rice, in lettuce wraps, or as a taco filling. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
