Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon seasoning blend
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or blend)
- Various toppings (diced onions, pickles, jalapeños)
- Cooking oil (for skillet)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and season with your chosen blend.
- Lay a tortilla on a flat surface and sprinkle half with cheese, followed by the cooked beef and desired toppings.
- Fold the tortilla in half, pressing down gently to seal.
- Heat a little oil in the skillet over medium heat. Cook the quesadilla for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute, then cut into wedges.
