Description

A delightful fusion of classic pizza flavors with a juicy beef burger, perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 slices of mozzarella cheese (or cheese of your choice)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • Pizza toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, etc.)
  • Burger buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Shape into burger patties, pressing a slight indentation in the center to prevent puffing during cooking.
  4. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  5. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of mozzarella cheese on each patty and cover to melt.
  6. Assemble the burgers: spread marinara sauce on the bottom bun, add the cheesy patty, and top with your favorite pizza toppings before placing the top bun.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For best results, reheat in a skillet to keep the bun crispy.
