Ingredients
- 1 pound Chicken tenders
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnishing
Instructions
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Add the chicken tenders to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Grill or bake the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Once cooked, remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Serve with a Greek salad or tzatziki sauce for a complete meal.
