Description

A flavorful Mediterranean dish featuring tender chicken marinated in herbs and spices, perfect for any dining occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken tenders
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnishing


Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the chicken tenders to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill or bake the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Once cooked, remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Serve with a Greek salad or tzatziki sauce for a complete meal.
