Description

Tender and flavorful chicken breasts baked to perfection, great for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels, then season them with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and sear each side until golden, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra juiciness, consider marinating the chicken for a few hours before cooking. Serve with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
