Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels, then season them with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and sear each side until golden, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra juiciness, consider marinating the chicken for a few hours before cooking. Serve with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
