Ingredients
- 3-4 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 6-8 pepperoncini peppers
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the beef chuck roast in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the roast.
- Add the pepperoncini peppers, and pour the beef broth around the roast.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the meat is fork-tender.
- Once done, shred the meat with two forks and serve with the delicious cooking juices.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, sear the roast and consider adding jalapeños or Worcestershire sauce.
