Delicious and creamy stuffed eggs with a savory kick from crispy beef bacon, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 strips of beef bacon, cooked until crispy
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh chives for garnish


Instructions

  1. Hard-boil the eggs, then cool them in ice water. Once cooled, peel and slice them in half.
  2. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mash the yolks and combine them with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and seasoning.
  4. Crumble the crispy beef bacon and fold it into the yolk mixture.
  5. Spoon the filling back into the egg whites, or use a piping bag for a more decorative touch.
  6. Garnish with chopped chives before serving.
