Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken breast thoroughly with the mayonnaise mixture.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the coated chicken.
  5. Coat each piece with breadcrumbs, ensuring an even layer.
  6. Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
