Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup crushed crackers
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Fold in the cooked rice and broccoli until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top, followed by the crushed crackers.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and the top is golden brown.
