Description

A comforting casserole combining savory chicken, creamy ingredients, and a crunchy topping, perfect for family dinners or potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crushed crackers


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
  3. Fold in the cooked rice and broccoli until evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top, followed by the crushed crackers.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and the top is golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
