Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup key lime juice
- 3 egg yolks
- Zest of 1 key lime
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of mini tart pans.
- Bake the crust for about 10 minutes or until golden and fragrant. Let cool.
- Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, and key lime juice until smooth in another bowl.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crusts.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour, allowing the filling to set properly.
- Garnish with whipped cream and lime slices before serving, if desired.
Notes
Best enjoyed chilled, consider garnishing with freshly whipped cream and fresh berries.
