Description

These scrumptious mini shrimp rolls are packed with flavor and are perfect as appetizers or light meals.


Ingredients

  • Cold cooked shrimp
  • Mayonnaise
  • King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • Chives or green onions (optional for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cold cooked shrimp, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  2. Carefully slice the King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls in half lengthwise.
  3. Generously spoon the shrimp mixture onto the cut sides of the rolls.
