Ingredients
- 1 cup protein powder (your choice – whey, plant-based, etc.)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chunks
- 1/2 cup nut butter (almond or peanut)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, blend together the protein powder, chocolate chunks, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, oats, peppermint extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Mix Thoroughly: Stir until everything is evenly combined and holds together.
- Roll into Balls: With clean hands, roll the mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
- Chill: Place the protein balls on a baking sheet or plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, allowing them to firm up.
- Store & Enjoy: Keep your protein balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
