Description

A delightful snack combining mint and chocolate packed into bite-sized protein balls that are perfect for a post-workout treat or a quick energy boost.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup protein powder (your choice – whey, plant-based, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (almond or peanut)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, blend together the protein powder, chocolate chunks, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, oats, peppermint extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix Thoroughly: Stir until everything is evenly combined and holds together.
  3. Roll into Balls: With clean hands, roll the mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Chill: Place the protein balls on a baking sheet or plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, allowing them to firm up.
  5. Store & Enjoy: Keep your protein balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
