Description

A moist and flavorful cake infused with Biscoff spread, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread (smooth or crunchy)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add in the Biscoff spread and mix until well combined.
  4. Incorporate the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk. Stir until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For a stunning presentation, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with glaze. Pair with whipped cream and fresh berries.
