Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup Biscoff spread (smooth or crunchy)
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add in the Biscoff spread and mix until well combined.
- Incorporate the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk. Stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
