Description

Nutritious and delicious Monster Cookie Protein Balls, perfect for a quick energy boost.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut butter or almond butter)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup M&Ms (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, nut butter, honey, protein powder, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir well until everything is fully integrated.
  3. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and M&Ms if you’re feeling adventurous.
  4. Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them set.
  7. Enjoy as a nutritious snack!

Notes
