Nutritious and delicious Monster Cookie Protein Balls, perfect for a quick energy boost.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut butter or almond butter)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup M&Ms (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, nut butter, honey, protein powder, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well until everything is fully integrated.
- Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and M&Ms if you’re feeling adventurous.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them set.
- Enjoy as a nutritious snack!
