Description

A delicious fusion of Oreos and protein for a guilt-free treat that’s easy to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 0.25 cup coconut flour
  • 3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
  • 6 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 3.5 tbsp white chocolate chips, melted (optional for drizzling)


Instructions

  1. Chop or pulse the Oreos into fine crumbs. Set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the vanilla protein powder, coconut flour, and monk fruit sweetener.
  3. Add the softened cream cheese and crushed Oreos to the dry mixture.
  4. Mix until a cohesive dough forms. Adjust with water or coconut flour as needed.
  5. Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to set.
  7. Drizzle with melted white chocolate before serving (optional).

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
