Description

Quick, nutritious no-bake bites perfect for any time of the day, made with oats, peanut butter, and chocolate chips.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup quick oats
  • ¼ cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (or dried fruits)


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the quick oats and mini chocolate chips.
  2. Add the peanut butter and honey to the mixture.
  3. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for about 25 minutes until firm.
  6. Store the bites in an airtight container, at room temperature or in the fridge.
