Ingredients
- ½ cup quick oats
- ¼ cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
- 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (or dried fruits)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the quick oats and mini chocolate chips.
- Add the peanut butter and honey to the mixture.
- Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 25 minutes until firm.
- Store the bites in an airtight container, at room temperature or in the fridge.
