Description

Quick, nutritious, and customizable no-bake protein balls, perfect for a snack or post-workout boost.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut butter, almond butter, or any favorite)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the protein powder, nut butter, and honey or maple syrup. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add the rolled oats and mix until fully incorporated.
  3. If desired, add chocolate chips, shredded coconut, or chopped nuts.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
