Ingredients
- 1½ cups rolled oats
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter (or almond butter for a nut-free option)
- ¼ cup ground flaxseed
- ¼ cup honey (or maple syrup for a vegan alternative)
- ¼ cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 tbsp mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, creamy peanut butter, ground flaxseed, honey, protein powder, vanilla extract, and mini chocolate chips.
- Use a spatula or your hands to mix everything well until a dough forms.
- Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Continue until all the mixture is shaped.
- Place the balls on a lined baking sheet or plate. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours to firm them up.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Chilling enhances texture but can be skipped if in a rush.
