A delicious one-pan meal featuring kielbasa and vibrant vegetables coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 lb precooked beef kielbasa, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced kielbasa and sauté until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Toss in your choice of vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes or until they begin to soften.
- Mix the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl, then add to the skillet, stirring to coat.
- Cook for an additional 5-8 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken slightly.
Notes
Serve over rice or quinoa for a complete meal. A splash of lemon juice can brighten the dish.
