Description

A delicious one-pan meal featuring kielbasa and vibrant vegetables coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb precooked beef kielbasa, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced kielbasa and sauté until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Toss in your choice of vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes or until they begin to soften.
  4. Mix the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl, then add to the skillet, stirring to coat.
  5. Cook for an additional 5-8 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken slightly.

Notes

Serve over rice or quinoa for a complete meal. A splash of lemon juice can brighten the dish.
